- The right to admission is reserved with the management
- The students must maintain high standard of discipline.
- No student is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours, without the permission of the principal
- Ensure that childdoes not bringexpensive articles to school
- Students are not allowed to bring mobiles, crackers, colours, camera’s & electronic devices etc. to the school.
- In case a students stops attending the school without prior information to the school authorities his/her name will be struck off the school rolls after 6 consecutive days of absence,& readmission will be granted only after seekinga written permission from the principal.
- Every students will have to apply for leave in advance to avoid imposition of fine. Verbal Intimation or whatsapp or sms will not beconsidered for the grant of leave.
- 100% attendance is desirable.Leave can be granted only incase of serious illness or marriage of a relative on the production of valid document.
- Fee (Admission I Annual I Tuition) once deposited will not berefunded under any circumstances
- Charges for ID card, Examination, Annual Fest, Picnic, Tour (outside the radius of 18km.) have to be deposit separately as and when required.
- Any change in your address or telephone number is intimated immediately to the school authorised.
- Every student has to be dressed up in school uniform.
- Every student carries book I note book accordingto the timetable of that day.
- You keep yourself abreast with what is happening at school by following the circulars & other communication sent by the school & attendingthe parent teacher interactive sessions.
STUDEllTS CAii BE WITHDRAW OR REMOVED FRON THE SCHOOL AS UNDER
- By giving one calendar month’s notice in writing. In the absence of such a notice, one month’s fee will be charged
- By the school authorities on any one of the following grounds.
- Constantly weak in studies
- Irregularity in attendance
- Behavior problem
- Non- payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment.
Please Note:
- To discontinue facility of school transport one month written notice is to be given in advance “”otherwise fees will be charged.
- Fees for vacation period are payable in advance. Receipts of all payments are required to be preser ved as proof of payment
- The student is not allowed to appear in the final test/exam without clearing all the school dues.
- Annual Charges/ tuition fees , once paid are not refundable.
